TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All pictures and descriptions are checked to be accurate, but improvements and / or
additions to facilities will be constantly made, it is also possible that some facilities
are withdrawn or curtailed. These decisions are made locally and most of the time
beyond our control. Please also note that there may be construction or development
in the area, beyond our control. If reported to us we will advise of any significant
developments in advance, especially the changes that are likely to affect your holiday.
Bookings from this site relate to accommodation and local representative services only,
which ANATOLIA VILLAS
is directly responsible to arrange as they are booked and confirmed. Flights, insurance
and car hire (where applicable), if or when booked through ANATOLIA VILLAS
are services sub contracted to one or more Travel agent, Tour Operator, insurance
Company, Transport company or Car hire company etc. Who are licensed to provide
such services and will take direct responsibility for the services they provide.
All clients must make sure they are satisfied with the documentation of the relevant
service provider. Such as the official Confirmation of a flight, A car hire agreement
etc.
To provide a complete service we sub-contract with reputable local and overseas service providers (Tour
operators, flight operators, travel agents, transport companies etc), which in our
belief are reliable, trusted and licensed in the area they operate. ANATOLIA
VILLAS offers to arrange or reserve these additional services on behalf
of the client, but cannot be held responsible for third parties actions. Any official
flight confirmation invoice issued by a licensed tour operator or a travel agent,
or a car hire agreement issued by a car hire company, and sent to ANATOLIA VILLAS,
will be passed to the client so that the client knows the principal.
Rental Properties
All villa / Apartment accommodation
is privately owned. It is let by ANATOLIA VILLAS on behalf of the owner.
ANATOLIA VILLAS, the service providers, owners and their representatives cannot be held responsible
for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused. It is important that
any parties booking a property should arrange adequate personal travel insurance
through a reputable company. ANATOLIA VILLAS can recommend or arrange
travel insurance, if required.
ANATOLIA VILLAS,
the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of
public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility, which
is beyond our control. In the event of a breakdown or failure of any equipment in
the property, please notify the local rep or the office immediately.
The owners and their agents may
ask for an advance deposit for breakages and damage and deduct for any damages which
may occur during the rental. They also reserve the right to visit the property at
any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening and routine
inspections. We will notify the occupier of such visits, where practicable to do
so.
The booking is confirmed when the
booking form is signed and the deposit received, and will be taken as acceptance
of these terms and conditions. The party leader who will sign the form should be
over 18 years old.
The deposit is non refundable
in cases of cancellation. The balance of the cost is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
date (unless otherwise agreed). If not paid by the due date, ANATOLIA VILLAS
or the owner may assume the booking
is cancelled, and the property made available for re-letting with consequent
loss of deposit. Balances paid within 8 weeks before arrival, are subject to cancellation
charges (50% within 8-4 weeks and 100% within 4 weeks before arrivals).
Please make sure your travel insurance will cover cancellation. In the unlikely
event that ANATOLIA VILLAS or the owners have to cancel the booking,
a full refund will be paid to the client, unless; an alternative accommodation is
offered and accepted by the client.
After a contract is established
with a service provider any subsequent alterations in the booking or any problems
arising in the services, which will change the original booking arrangement, will
be handled directly by the client. ANATOLIA VILLAS will offer help
in case of any difficulty. ANATOLIA VILLAS should be informed of
all changes in the original booking, made or agreed directly between the client
and the service provider, so the services are carried out according the new arrangements.
Only the guests named on the Confirmation
Invoice are to occupy the property. In no circumstances will any additional person
be permitted to stay without the consent of ANATOLIA VILLAS. (For
Safety and local police regulations all persons occupying the property must be informed
to the Agent)
The Property must be vacated no
later than 12.00 am on the day of departure and the property will not be ready until
4.00 pm on the arrival day. In special circumstances of flight delays or early arrival,
ANATOLIA VILLAS will try to help by extending or arranging temporary
placement; this will depend on availability and may sometimes be subject to extra
costs, payable by the client.
All information supplied/originating
from ANATOLIA VILLAS, at the time this information was prepared
was correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We cannot, however, be held
responsible for changes made after this information is published or the information
we are not made aware of, or changes occurred beyond our control.
