This new attractive villa is fully furnished throughout with wrought iron sofas, armchairs, coffee table and side table, mini CD radio player, wrought iron and glass dining table for 8 persons. It has a downstairs cloakroom, and a main family bathroom. Its 3 bedrooms are spacious. There is a master bedroom with double bed, en- suite bathroom and small balcony looking out on to the mountains, the Bellapais Abbey and the sea. The 2nd master bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds and balcony facing the mountain.
Outside is a terrace with dining table chairs and parasol. The pool is 10 x 5 overflow pool and the pool terrace has 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols.
The property is located on the lower Catalkoy road and the new Stop & Shop Supermarket is open from 7am till 11pm which is only 2 minutes drive away. Further up is another Supermarket, Chemist and Hot roast chicken take away.
Acapulco holiday resort and Aligadi beach are within 15 Minutes and the villages of Catalkoy, Ozankoy and Bellapais are all under 10 Minutes drive away. With many historic and cultural attractions in the area, Baris Evi is well situated for both, a peaceful getaway and also many places of interest on its doorstep.
