Sunrise beach villas are lined on the sea side of this exclusive beach side development near the picturesque fishing village of Bogaz, on the eastern coast of North Cyprus. They are situated in private grounds sharing the excellent facilities of the complex such as 3 large swimming pools, kids’ pool with site attendant, sauna, gym, restaurant/bar (serving optional breakfast and a la carte dining), games room, dry cleaning, on-site management offering cleaning and changing services and 24 hours security. The village beach, the fishing harbour and some good restaurants are 1 km away.
The villas are all fully equipped and tastefully furnished for a comfortable self catering family holiday. They are double glazed and have air-conditioning in all rooms. The Villas are detached and built on two floors and have entrance doors on both floors.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. There are 2 Double (one en-suite) and one twin bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes (Extra bed Linen + Blankets Available), Side tables, Table Lamps, Couches and Air Conditioning. They have balconies overlooking the communal gardens and pools. The En suite Bathroom has Bath Tub + Shower Curtain. There is an additional family bathroom. (There is no shaver socket). Bath, Foot and Hand Towels are Available.
Villas have open-Plan living room leads onto balcony with patio table & chairs. Furnished with L-shaped sofa-bed, coffee table, TV with satellite, DVD player, and air-conditioner all living rooms have unobstructed sea views.
Fully equipped kitchen has Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Utensils, Fridge / Freezer, 4-Burner Hob, Aspirator, Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Iron and Ironing board and a Dining Table with 6 Chairs
